Off-chain StableCoin Requests

A crucial aspect of Ekwel Treasury's role is handling user requests for off-chain stablecoins. When a user requests the conversion of on-chain stablecoins to off-chain stablecoins, the treasury executes a seamless process. The equivalent amount of on-chain stablecoins is burned, and an equivalent amount of off-chain stablecoins is issued.
